| 轉鼓全速運轉后，進料閥門自動定時開啟，待分離懸浮液通過進料管進入轉鼓內，借助離心力的作用將固相均勻的分布在濾網(wǎng)上并被截留形成濾餅，液相則通過濾網(wǎng)及轉鼓壁小孔甩出轉鼓，經(jīng)機殼的切向排液口排出。到達預定時間后，進料閥門自動關閉，轉鼓全速運轉一定時間后，刮刀沿轉鼓徑向旋轉切入濾餅，物料則通過螺旋輸送或斜斗重力方式排出機外。 | After drum full speed running,feed valve timely turns on automatically,floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter net forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from filter net also holes of drum,discharge from shell tangential outlet.When it reaches fixed time,feed valve turns down automatically,drum full speed running again,scraper rotates radially and cut into cake,treated material discharges out by spiral convey or sloping hopper. |
