◎工作原理 | | |
待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓,在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下,均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上,進(jìn)行過(guò)濾分離。分離過(guò)程中液相透過(guò)固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔,從底盤的出液管流出;而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后切斷電源,用制動(dòng)裝置使轉(zhuǎn)鼓停止回轉(zhuǎn),打開上蓋,由人工清除濾餅。 | Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth and forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turn down the machine,use braking unit stop drum running,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished. |
