LNJP系列射流粉碎分級機是我公司針對產(chǎn)品粒度較粗，有特定粒度段要求、成品率要求高的產(chǎn)品而開發(fā)的一種全新粉碎分級機(產(chǎn)品)，該機型主要具有成品率高、能耗低、粒度均勻穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)勢。廣泛用于玻璃微珠、金屬硅粉、石墨粉(電池負極材料)的生產(chǎn)。
◆采用我公司流能技術(shù)研究所開發(fā)的流體力學(xué)軟件，計算出*合適的流場，*理想的壓力分布來指導(dǎo)設(shè)計，噴流能的充分利用及粉碎強度控制技術(shù)，極大的提高了粉碎效率，降低了能耗，過粉碎小；
◆成品率高：該設(shè)備與目前市場上常規(guī)的磨粉機相比，成品率提高了8-15個百分點。
◆能耗低：裝機功率小、單位能耗低，比常規(guī)氣流磨低40%；
◆耐磨性好：二次風(fēng)采用專門的設(shè)計，使二次進風(fēng)全段面均勻流，保持清洗流場均勻穩(wěn)定，大大的降低了磨損。
