產(chǎn)品描述：
均采用新型的付葉輪動力軸封裝置,屬單級單吸懸臂式耐腐蝕離心泵。該泵與輸送介質(zhì)接觸的過流部份零件,均采用1Cr18Ni9Ti材料制造。用于輸送不含固體顆粒,有腐蝕性液體,被輸送介質(zhì)溫度為-20℃～130℃,泵進口壓力不大于2kg/cm2。
耐腐蝕離心泵主要用途：該泵廣泛應用于化工、石油、冶金、輕工、合成纖維、環(huán)保、食品、醫(yī)藥等部門。該類產(chǎn)品具有性能穩(wěn)定可靠、密封性能好,造型美觀,使用檢修方便等優(yōu)點。為提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、減少跑、冒、滴、漏,,防止污染,發(fā)揮很大的作用。
結構說明：
1、泵體：左右兩邊連接部分內(nèi)埋鋼質(zhì)法蘭圈各一只模壓塑料合金制成。
2、后蓋右邊一側內(nèi)埋一只不銹鋼板(1Crl8Ni9Ti)模壓塑料合金而成。
3、葉輪：采用接軸連接方法，金屬軸為優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼精加工后外包塑料合金模壓而成，使葉輪與金屬接軸牢固地結為一體，保證軸根與葉輪后部承受隨旋轉(zhuǎn)時的扭矩力，這樣介質(zhì)浸濕部分為塑料合金。
4、機械密封：采用不用冷卻水可調(diào)式端面密封技術，由碳化硅、高純度氧化鋁陶瓷、填充四氟、石墨等材料制成。
臥式化工離心泵過流部件全部采用氟塑料合金制造，結構緊湊、操作簡單、價格低廉，兩種型號的泵殼、葉輪、機封等均可互換使用深受廣大用戶的歡迎。
臥式化工離心泵采用目前進的外裝式四氟波紋管機械密封，其特點是能補償泵軸的徑向跳動，單端面密封外裝式、易裝卸、工作狀態(tài)直觀、耐腐耐磨密封性能好、擁有多層保護，延長了機封使用壽命;對于輸送含雜質(zhì)顆粒腐蝕性介質(zhì)時，可配用無冷卻水單端面硬對硬(碳化硅對碳化硅)機械密封，強堿與等特殊腐蝕性介質(zhì)配用無壓燒結碳化硅密封;用戶選型時需考慮到介質(zhì)中的固體含量及介質(zhì)特殊腐蝕性。
