實(shí)踐證明，磁力泵易損件采用碳化硅、碳化鎢材質(zhì)作為理想配置，不僅可使泵長時(shí)間運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，而且降低故障率，大大節(jié)省了用戶對(duì)磁力泵維護(hù)而消耗的成本。

磁力泵工作原理
將n對(duì)磁體（n為偶數(shù)）按規(guī)律排列組裝在磁力傳動(dòng)器的內(nèi)、外磁轉(zhuǎn)子上，使磁體部分相互組成完整藕合的磁力系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)內(nèi)、外兩磁極處于異極相對(duì)，即兩個(gè)磁極間的位移角Φ＝0，此時(shí)磁系統(tǒng)的磁能醉低；當(dāng)磁極轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)到同極相對(duì)，即兩個(gè)磁極間的位移角Φ＝2π/n，此時(shí)磁系統(tǒng)的磁能醉大。去掉外力后，由于磁系統(tǒng)的磁極相互排斥，磁力將使磁體恢復(fù)到磁能醉低的狀態(tài)。于是磁體產(chǎn)生運(yùn)動(dòng)，帶動(dòng)磁轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)。

運(yùn)行注意事項(xiàng)
1．防止顆粒進(jìn)入
(1)不允許有鐵磁雜質(zhì)、顆粒進(jìn)入磁力傳動(dòng)器和軸承摩擦副。

(2)輸送易結(jié)晶或沉淀的介質(zhì)后要及時(shí)沖洗（停泵后向泵腔內(nèi)灌注清水，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1min后排放干凈），以保障滑動(dòng)軸承的使用壽命。

(3)輸送含有固體顆粒的介質(zhì)時(shí)，應(yīng)在泵流管入口處過濾。

2．防止退磁
(1)磁力矩不可設(shè)計(jì)得過小。

(2)應(yīng)在規(guī)定溫度條件下運(yùn)行，嚴(yán)禁介質(zhì)溫度超標(biāo)?？稍诖帕Ρ酶綦x套外表面裝設(shè)鉑電阻溫度傳感器檢測環(huán)隙區(qū)域的溫升，以便溫度超*報(bào)警或停機(jī)。
3．防止干摩擦
(1）嚴(yán)禁空轉(zhuǎn)。
(2）嚴(yán)禁介質(zhì)抽空。
(3)在出口閥關(guān)閉的情況下，泵連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間不得超過2min，以防磁力傳動(dòng)器過熱而失。
