4. 實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR反應(yīng);
5. 數(shù)據(jù)分析,計(jì)算PCR芯片中的各個(gè)Ct值,采用ΔΔCt方法比較基因的表達(dá)變化,并利用公司自主開發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件進(jìn)行比較。
