LGF-1400型糖漿灌裝旋蓋機(jī)由理瓶機(jī)、八頭灌裝機(jī)、旋蓋機(jī)等組成。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)要求，可配裝自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)，打箱封箱機(jī)等設(shè)備組成全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線，此生產(chǎn)線是目前糖漿營(yíng)養(yǎng)液Z理想的生產(chǎn)線，給局客戶產(chǎn)量要求，可配做六頭、八頭、十頭直線灌裝頭，生產(chǎn)線*符合 GMP 要求。
【詳細(xì)說(shuō)明】
    LGF-1400型糖漿灌裝旋蓋機(jī)由理瓶機(jī)、八頭灌裝機(jī)、旋蓋機(jī)等組成。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)要求，可配裝自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)，打箱封箱機(jī)等設(shè)備組成全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線，此生產(chǎn)線是目前糖漿營(yíng)養(yǎng)液的生產(chǎn)線，給局客戶產(chǎn)量要求，可配做六頭、八頭、十頭直線灌裝頭，生產(chǎn)線*符合 GMP 要求。
 
主要性能特點(diǎn)：
  • 吹瓶機(jī)設(shè)有吸塵、收塵裝置，*，吹瓶潔凈環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
  • 可根據(jù)客戶要求增加或減少灌裝旋蓋頭，滿足不同產(chǎn)量生產(chǎn)。
  • 與藥物接觸地方全部為 316L 不銹鋼材料，符合 GMP 要求。
  • 旋蓋采用磁力旋蓋，不傷蓋，不松動(dòng)。

　　The WL-LGF-1400 syrup filling and lid-revolving machine is composed of bottle-setting machine ,wind-blowing machine ,eight-head filling machine and loid-revolving machine .It can be fit together with auto-label-attaching machine, box-sealing machine and so on to form an auto-produce line according to the requirement of the produce line .This produce line is the most ideal one of produce syrup and nutrition liquid at present .It can be equipped with 6,8,10 straight-line-filling heads according to the requirement of clients ,which meets the requirement of GMP.
 
Main characteristics of its function:
  • The bottle-blowing machine has dust-absorbing and dust-collecting installation , so it doesn's pollute the environment , and can blow the bottle clean .
  • Its filling and lid-revolving heads can be added or reduced according to client's requirement to meet producing requirement of different output .
  • The part which touches the medicine liquid is made of 316L stainless steel compley, meeting the requirement of GMP.
  • The lid-revolving adopts the style of magnetic force ,so it doesn's hurt the lid ,and the lid will not lose .
  • Adopts PLC control , it can be operated alone and can also be connected to operated.
