◆ 設(shè)備簡介
1、容積:50L、100L、200L、300L、400L、500L、600L、800L、1000L。
2、結(jié)構(gòu)形式:分可傾式、立式結(jié)構(gòu),按工藝需要采用帶攪拌與不帶攪拌。
3、鍋體材質(zhì):①內(nèi)鍋體不銹鋼(SUS304),夾套、支架碳鋼(Q235—B)外涂防銹漆;②內(nèi)外全不銹鋼。
4、帶攪拌裝置鍋體:頂部中心攪拌,減速機(jī)輸出軸與攪拌槳軸采用活套連接,方便拆裝與清洗。
5、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速:36r/min(可以根據(jù)客戶要求來選定一定的轉(zhuǎn)速);攪拌槳形式:普通攪拌(錨式)和刮底攪拌。
6、支腳形式:①立式鍋體:三棱錐形式、圓管式;②可傾式鍋體:槽形支架式。
7、設(shè)備配置:表盤指針式溫度計(jì)、蒸汽進(jìn)口、出料口等(立式結(jié)構(gòu))。
8、可傾式蒸煮鍋體可傾轉(zhuǎn)90°,傾轉(zhuǎn)方式為手動式翻轉(zhuǎn)。
注:夾套工作壓力、電機(jī)功率、加熱功率、攪拌漿結(jié)構(gòu)等可根據(jù)客戶特殊要求定做。

Note: jacket working pressure, motor power, heating power, mixing slurry structure can be customized according to the special requirements of customers.
