馬弗爐，是爐子，熔爐的意思。馬弗爐在中國的通用叫法有以下幾種：電爐、電阻爐、茂福爐、馬福爐。馬弗爐是一種通用的加熱設(shè)備，依據(jù)外觀形狀可分為箱式爐、管式爐、坩堝爐。
馬弗爐應(yīng)用范圍：
(1)熱加工、工業(yè)工件處理、水泥、建材行業(yè),進(jìn)行小型工件的熱加工或處理。
(2)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)：用于藥品的檢驗(yàn)、醫(yī)學(xué)樣品的預(yù)處理等。
(3)分析化學(xué)行業(yè)：作為水質(zhì)分析、環(huán)境分析等領(lǐng)域的樣品處理。也可以用來進(jìn)行石油及其分析。
(4)煤質(zhì)分析：用于測定水分、灰分、揮發(fā)分、灰熔點(diǎn)分析、灰成分分析、元素分析。也可以作為通用灰化爐使用。
馬弗爐使用注意事項(xiàng)：
當(dāng)馬弗爐次使用或長期停用后再次使用時(shí)，必須進(jìn)行烘爐干燥：在20～200℃打開爐門烘2-3h，200～600℃關(guān)門烘2-3h。
實(shí)驗(yàn)前，溫控器應(yīng)避免震動(dòng)，放置位置與電爐不宜太近，防止過熱使電子元件不能正常工作。搬動(dòng)溫控器時(shí)應(yīng)將電源開關(guān)置“關(guān)”。
使用前，將溫控器調(diào)至所需工作溫度，打開啟動(dòng)編碼使馬弗爐通電，此時(shí)電流表有讀數(shù)產(chǎn)生，溫控表實(shí)測溫度值逐漸上升，表示馬弗爐、溫控器均在正常工作。
(一)工作環(huán)境要求無易燃易爆物品和腐蝕性氣體，禁止向爐膛內(nèi)直接灌注各種液體及熔解金屬，經(jīng)常保持爐膛內(nèi)的清潔。
(二)使用時(shí)爐膛溫度不得超過爐溫，也不得在額定溫度下長時(shí)間工作。實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，使用人不得離開，隨時(shí)注意溫度的變化，如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況，應(yīng)立即斷電，并由專業(yè)維修人員檢修。
(三)使用時(shí)爐門要輕關(guān)輕開，以防損壞機(jī)件。坩堝鉗放取樣品時(shí)要輕拿輕放，以保證安全和避免損壞爐膛。
(四)溫度超過600度后不要打開爐門。等爐膛內(nèi)溫度自然冷卻后再打開爐門。
(五)實(shí)驗(yàn)完畢后，樣品退出加熱并關(guān)掉電源，在爐膛內(nèi)放取樣品時(shí)，應(yīng)先微開爐門，待樣品稍冷卻后再小心夾取樣品，防止?fàn)C傷。
(六)加熱后的坩堝宜轉(zhuǎn)移到干燥器中冷卻，放置緩沖耐火材料上，防止吸潮炸，裂，后稱量。
(七)搬運(yùn)馬弗爐時(shí)，注意避免嚴(yán)重共振，放置遠(yuǎn)離易燃易爆、水等物品。嚴(yán)禁抬爐門，避免爐門損壞。
馬弗爐適用范圍 Applications
