系統(tǒng)功能:
*採(cǎi)用本公司全新研發(fā)之智慧型微電腦伺服貼標(biāo)系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)反應(yīng)速度快，標(biāo)籤自動(dòng)掃描及記憶，免輸入、免設(shè)定，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定不當(dāng)機(jī)。
*系統(tǒng)檢查功能：缺標(biāo)籤、標(biāo)籤斷帶、標(biāo)籤漏張、緊急停止、變頻異常、印字機(jī)缺色帶，皆可隨時(shí)檢測(cè)停機(jī)及報(bào)警。
*I/O自我檢查功能，可顯示系統(tǒng)所有光電信號(hào)及單獨(dú)控制馬達(dá)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，大大縮短維修時(shí)間，降低維修成本。
*採(cǎi)用無(wú)段變頻調(diào)速控制，輸送速度改變，貼標(biāo)速度自動(dòng)調(diào)整，不需移動(dòng)貼標(biāo)光電。

A High-speed Vertical-feed Horizontal Rolling Labeling Machine
Applicable scope:
Labeling of pharmaceutical products (such as oral liquid, ampoule bottles), stationery products (such as solid glue or liquid glue), batteries, etc.
System functions:
* Adopted with a self-developed, new inligent micro-computer servo labeling system with rapid system response, automatic label scanning and memory, no input, no setting, and long-term continuous and trouble-free operation.

* The top bottle conveyor belt comes in strong and durable European-made engineering plastic mesh belt to enhance material feeding and loading to prevent squeezing, compression and bottle breakage. The 460mm-wide conveyor belt allows free coordination with revolving boxes.
