主要用途：
ZWJ-Z型全自動雙輥水丸機(jī)可生產(chǎn)蜜丸、濃縮丸、水蜜丸、水丸等各種制丸劑。它體積小、耗能低、效率高、噪音小、無污染，操作簡單，安全可靠。制成的藥丸均勻美觀，特別適用于小型藥廠、大中型藥廠試制室、中醫(yī)藥研究所、醫(yī)院、私人診所、中藥店、名貴滋補(bǔ)品現(xiàn)場加工銷售點(diǎn)。整機(jī)采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
工作原理：
將混合、煉制均勻的藥料膏坨送入制丸機(jī)料斗中，通過翻板翻轉(zhuǎn)擠壓，在推進(jìn)器的作用下，藥條由側(cè)面料嘴擠出。當(dāng)藥條到達(dá)一定長度時，由自動切刀切斷，再由分配器以每秒一次的速度將藥條送入搓滾。通過任意調(diào)節(jié)制條速度和撥條速度控制藥條長短，操作簡便。

Working principle.
