進(jìn)口高溫磁力泵通常由電機(jī)、磁力偶合器水冷卻裝置和耐腐蝕離心泵四大部分組成，其主要特點(diǎn)是利用磁力偶合器傳遞動(dòng)力，無泄漏。當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)磁力偶合器的外磁鋼旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，磁力線穿過了間隙和隔離套，作用與內(nèi)磁鋼上，使泵轉(zhuǎn)子與電動(dòng)機(jī)同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，無機(jī)械接觸地傳遞扭矩。在泵的動(dòng)力輸入端，由于液體被封閉在靜止的隔離套內(nèi)，沒有動(dòng)密封因而無泄漏，磁力偶合器的磁性材料采用了高溫介質(zhì)而保持強(qiáng)大的磁力扭矩。在電機(jī)與磁力偶合器之間加裝了水冷卻裝置，防止泵送高溫介質(zhì)之熱量傳導(dǎo)至電機(jī)。以保持電機(jī)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，從而達(dá)到無泄露輸送高溫介質(zhì)。泵的過流部件根據(jù)需要可分別采用304、304L、302、321、316、316L、UB6、CD4Mcu、鈦合金、鎳基合金等耐腐蝕材料。

High temperature magnetic pump is usually composed of motor, magnetic coupling water cooling device and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump composed of four major parts, its main feature is the use of magnetic coupling transmission power, no leakage.
