RFC-S系列沖瓶/灌裝/封蓋三位一體機(jī)組
RFC-S系列三位一體機(jī),是沖瓶機(jī)、壓力式灌裝機(jī)、擰蓋機(jī)完好的組合體,是一臺(tái)高速能的自動(dòng)化液體包裝設(shè)備??掌客ㄟ^(guò)風(fēng)力輸送系統(tǒng)輸送到?jīng)_瓶機(jī),翻轉(zhuǎn)后由噴嘴清洗內(nèi)部??馗珊螅M(jìn)行高速高質(zhì)量的灌裝,結(jié)尾是安全可靠的封口。
機(jī)器性能及其主要特點(diǎn):
1)凡與液體、物料相接觸的零件,均采用符合衛(wèi)生要求的優(yōu)良不銹鋼制造;
2)采用壓力式灌裝原理,灌裝速度快,液面精度高,確保了灌裝質(zhì)量;風(fēng)送進(jìn)瓶,全程夾瓶口輸送,輸送鏈板輸出,更換瓶型簡(jiǎn)捷方便;
3)抓蓋采用“PICK&PLACE”方式,旋蓋頭抓蓋可靠,采用磁力扭矩結(jié)構(gòu),并有扭矩刻度指示,扭矩調(diào)節(jié)方便;
4)采用變頻電機(jī)+PLC+觸摸屏人機(jī)界面控制,生產(chǎn)速度、班產(chǎn)量、故障報(bào)警均顯示在屏幕上,操控簡(jiǎn)捷直觀;
5)設(shè)有不銹鋼防護(hù)罩及有機(jī)玻璃安全門(mén),安全門(mén)裝有安全電氣開(kāi)關(guān),安全門(mén)開(kāi)啟時(shí),確保機(jī)器自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);
6)沖瓶夾為不銹鋼夾瓶口形式,避免了瓶夾對(duì)瓶口的污染;
7)落蓋滑道上設(shè)有反蓋止蓋器,并可取出反蓋,理蓋器蓋倉(cāng)和落蓋滑道設(shè)有蓋量及蓋位檢測(cè)裝置。通過(guò)蓋量、蓋位檢測(cè)裝置,自動(dòng)控制送蓋機(jī)和三合一機(jī)的運(yùn)行速度,當(dāng)落蓋滑道上無(wú)蓋或蓋少時(shí),三合一機(jī)自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)并報(bào)警;無(wú)瓶不送蓋;
8)設(shè)有進(jìn)瓶無(wú)瓶檢測(cè)、出瓶堵瓶檢測(cè)裝置。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)進(jìn)瓶瓶少或無(wú)瓶,出瓶堵瓶時(shí),三合一機(jī)自動(dòng)減速和停機(jī)。

RFC-S series rinsing filling capping machine
This production line suit for filling mineral water, purified water or other non-carbonated liquid into PET bottle. It consists of bottle lifter, bottle unscrambler, air conveyor, rinser-filler-capper monobloc, cap lifter, light checking box, labeling machine, ink-jet printer and packing machine. The capacity (5000-30000BPH) could meet different production requirement.
RFC-S Series Rinser-Filler-Capper monobloc
The RFC-S series rinsing filling capping machine is a high efficient automatic liquid packing machine, which perfectly combines bottle machine, pressure type filling machine and capping machine together in one unit. The empty bottles are fed into the rinsing machine by air conveyor, and their inside is washed by nozzles after they are turned over. After drip drying, the high quality filling at a high speed is carried out. The last procedure is safe and reliable capping.
1) All parts directly contacting liquid are made of superior stainless steel, which meets the requirement of food hygiene.
2) The pressure type filling principle is adopted. The filling quality is ensured with high speed filling and high liquid level precision. The bottles are fed by air conveyor and transported by clamping the bottle neck. They are put out with conveyor chain so that it is easy to change bottles of different sizes.
3) The “PICK&PLACE” mode is adopted for cap grasping. The capping head realizes reliable cap grasping. It adopts magnetic torque structure and is provided with torque scale indication. It is convenient to adjust the torque.
4) Controlled by frequency conversion motor +PLC+MMI, so production speed, output per shift and failure alarm can be displayed on the screen for simple and visual operation.
5) The machine is equipped with stainless steel shield and security door made of organic glass, which is installed with safety electric switch. The machine will automatically stop when the security door is opened.
6) The rinsing clips are made of stainless steel and can avoid bottle neck pollution.
7) There is a stopper on the slide way of caps, and reverse caps can be removed. There are detectors on the cap magazine and slide way to detect the cap quantity and position for automatically controlling the speed of cap conveyor and machine. This machine may stop to alarm when there are few caps or none on the slide way. No cap is feeding, there is no bottle.
