本閥以壓縮空氣為工作動力，推動活塞，帶動閥瓣作垂直于流體的位移，實現(xiàn)開關(guān)或關(guān)閉閥門的目的。
結(jié)構(gòu)
閥座密封面堆焊不銹鋼銅或硬質(zhì)合金，經(jīng)精加工，耐磨、耐腐蝕、耐高溫。
閘板密封圈為堆焊合金，密封性紅啊，易更換維修。
氣缸選用無縫鋼管制造，內(nèi)表面鍍以耐腐蝕性硬鉻，并經(jīng)拋光處理，且有摩擦力小、不易銹蝕、高硬度、壽命長等特點。
活塞桿表面經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)及便面氮化處理，耐磨、耐高溫。
氣缸中密封圈采用耐油橡膠O型圈，密封性能可靠，維修時更方便。
