NJP-5000型全自動(dòng)膠囊充填機(jī),采用間歇回轉(zhuǎn)式運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),孑L盤式計(jì)量充填,設(shè)計(jì)精密美觀、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠。能自動(dòng)完成播囊、分囊、充填、 廢襄剔除、鎖囊及成品導(dǎo)出等多種工序。全封閉式十二工位轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)，模塊為三排36孔位設(shè)計(jì),是目前單機(jī)生產(chǎn)效率較高的硬膠囊生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。
NJP-5OOO automatic capsule filling machine adopts intermittent rotary operation, orifice plate type dosing filling, precise and compact design, stable and reliable running.lt can automatically complete sowing, separating, filling, rejecting, lock capsule and finished product exported and a variety of processes. Fully enclosed twelve stations turntable, the module is designed in a three rows of 36 holes.lt is an intelligent device for the production of hard capsules in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
