產(chǎn)品簡介:PSZ130石油產(chǎn)品和潤滑劑酸值測定儀是依據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 7304-2000《石油產(chǎn)品和潤滑劑酸值測定法》設(shè)計(jì)制造的,適用于測定能夠溶解于甲苯和異丙醇混合溶劑的石油產(chǎn)品和潤滑劑中的酸性組分。
概要:
試樣溶解在含有少量水的甲苯異丙醇混合溶劑中,以氫氧化鉀異丙醇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液為滴定劑進(jìn)行電位滴定,所用的電極對為玻璃指示電極甘汞參比電極,在手繪或自動繪制的電位滴定劑量的曲線上僅把明顯突躍點(diǎn)作為終點(diǎn),如果沒有明顯突躍點(diǎn),則以相應(yīng)的新配非水酸性或堿性緩沖溶液的電位值作為滴定終點(diǎn)。

使用意義和用途:
1.新的或使用后的油品酸性組分指的是添加劑或油品在使用過程中的降解產(chǎn)物如氧化產(chǎn)物等,這些物質(zhì)可以通過用堿滴定而測得其相對含量,酸值就是在條件下測定這些物質(zhì)在油品中的量,酸值可以用于控制潤滑油的質(zhì)量,有時(shí)也可用于測定潤滑油在使用過程中的降解情況,但酸值作為潤滑油報(bào)廢指標(biāo)必須通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)來確定
2.由于各種各樣的氧化產(chǎn)物都會影響酸值,同時(shí)有機(jī)物在腐蝕條件下變化也很大,所以此方法不能用于預(yù)測油品在使用過程中的腐蝕性能,例如酸值和油品對金屬的腐蝕程度之間沒有必然的聯(lián)系。
