◆該機(jī)采用全封閉形式,配有三級凈化裝置，過濾后的空氣達(dá)十萬級要求。筒體裝有冷壁裝置,使壁溫＜80℃,物料在壁上停留不會有焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象,大大增加了收粉率(達(dá)95%以上),而且不會產(chǎn)生混藥現(xiàn)象和粘壁現(xiàn)象。
◆基本原理:中藥浸膏高速離心噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術(shù)在特定物料干燥中的應(yīng)用，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使物料分散成霧狀，與熱空所充分接觸，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置。
◆中藥浸膏噴霧干燥機(jī)是專門用來解決中藥浸膏和植物提取液的噴霧干燥機(jī)，它解決了物料在原LPG高速噴霧干燥機(jī)在中藥浸膏干燥中出現(xiàn)的以下情況：
1.物料粘壁，收粉率低;
2.物料在壁上停留時間長，產(chǎn)生物料的焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象；
3.難以清洗，不符合GMP要求;
4.產(chǎn)量低:LPG-150型噴霧干燥機(jī),只能處理50-60kg/h料液。
◆The machine adopts full seal from. It is equipped with three grades of filter. The filtered air is one hundred thousand grades.The cooling device of wall is installed at the cylinder body. It makes the wall temperature less than 80℃. Air sweeping device isinstalled inside the drying tower. The product will not be burnt or deteriorated even stays on the way. The collection rate of pow-der is raised reatly. Moreover will not cause medicine mixed or wall stick.

1. Raw material is stick to the wall and the rate of powder collecting is low.
