The FRINGS SSHS process for the production of high percentage vinegar requires an especially carefully coordinated, special process control. In this context, three different, combined dosing lines are always used - one each for process water, alcohol and nutrient solution.
The dosing system, the lines of which are technically integrated in the ACETATOR system , transfers the quantities required for the formulation on the basis of requirements directly to the connected ACETATOR.
The dosed quantities are therefore determined precisely,reported back to the control unit,and aligned with the target values.
