數(shù)控系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)是國家戰(zhàn)略性的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，數(shù)控技術(shù)是關(guān)系國家安全、裝備制造業(yè)振興的核心技術(shù)。

　　“十一五”期間，中國國產(chǎn)中檔數(shù)控系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)*只有35%，而高檔數(shù)控系統(tǒng)95%以上依靠進(jìn)口，中國數(shù)控系統(tǒng)與數(shù)控機(jī)床的發(fā)展長期呈現(xiàn)“兩張皮”的現(xiàn)象比較突出，兩者沒有形成互相支持、互相促進(jìn)和共同進(jìn)步的局面，也沒有形成開發(fā)與應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟和利益共同體的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系。這不僅制約中國數(shù)控機(jī)床產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和市場競爭力，更制約了中國數(shù)控系統(tǒng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。

　　根據(jù)*發(fā)布的《機(jī)床工具行業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》，預(yù)計(jì)“十二五”期間我國機(jī)床工具市場消費(fèi)額將平穩(wěn)增長，平均年增長率將超過10％，到2015年，年消費(fèi)額將近8500億元左右，數(shù)控系統(tǒng)需求約40萬臺(tái)套。數(shù)控機(jī)床年產(chǎn)量超過25萬臺(tái)，國內(nèi)*達(dá)到70％以上；機(jī)床工具產(chǎn)品出口仍將保持平穩(wěn)、持續(xù)增長。預(yù)計(jì)到2015年機(jī)床工具產(chǎn)品出口總額將達(dá)到110億美元左右。
