簡介
本機是我廠生產(chǎn)的第三代產(chǎn)品，我廠工程技術(shù)人員經(jīng)過多年來的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗，參照國內(nèi)外的*技術(shù)采納高精度濕法蒸汽滅菌的方法試制而成，符合國家GMP標準。
INTRUODUCTION:
This machine is 3rd generation product, developed by us referring overseas new technique, adopting all advantages of native same model machine and concerning users and in accordance with GMP demands compley.
主要用途及特點
SJMH系列全自動濕法膠塞清洗機適用于制藥行業(yè)對粉針制劑、口服液、輸液膠塞的清洗、硅化滅菌和干燥等工序的設(shè)備。本機根據(jù)國家藥品生產(chǎn)管理GMP規(guī)范要求，采用真空吸料，真空脫泡、汽水蒸騰，膠塞懸浮換位滾動的工藝除掉膠塞上的污垢和雜質(zhì)。蒸汽滅菌采用F0值控制標準確保滅菌工藝要求，膠塞采用負壓真空干燥，在清洗過程中設(shè)有高壓噴淋，噴壁系統(tǒng)，精洗硅化滅菌真空干燥，逆轉(zhuǎn)自動出塞一切均采用PLC自動控制一次完成。在主軸各級轉(zhuǎn)動中采用進口調(diào)頻器轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)可調(diào)，清洗間和無菌間設(shè)有互鎖杜絕污染。
Main Usages and Characteristics:
   SJMH-series automatic rubber stopper cleaner is a special equipment applied to pharmaceutical industry and producer of rubber stopper for cleaning silicifying sterilizing and desiccating rubber stopper of powder injection preparations, freeze-dried ,oral liquid medicine and infusion bottles. The equipment meets the requirement of drug production GMP. Adopting advanced cleaning technique, reasonable structure, special capability. Pumping material by vacuum and automatically discharging. PLC controls the whole processes operate on screen, intuition and safe. The operations of washing, silication, sterilization, drying, discharging, CIP and SIP can be taken out in a single tank in a continue course.

機體為1Gr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼高壓容器，內(nèi)外鏡拋光，內(nèi)滾筒為316L拋光板。自動出料。本產(chǎn)品安全可靠，設(shè)計布局合理、緊湊和諧、美觀大方經(jīng)久耐用。且占地面積小、節(jié)省能源，滅菌效果好。
STRUCTURE
The equipment is 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel high pressure tank. Outer and inner is polishing. Inner rolling tube is made of 316L polishing plate. It has novel structure and beautiful appearance. And it is safe and reliable.
