PLASMA公司是俄羅斯的氣體激光器的開發(fā)、制造商。PLASMA成立于1959年,是國(guó)防設(shè)備和民用行業(yè)的主要供應(yīng)商。PLASMA有十個(gè)生產(chǎn)研發(fā)中心,從事研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)。
氦鎘激光器
PLASMA的He-Cd激光器包括441.6nm和325nm,其波長(zhǎng)位于大多數(shù)光敏材料或光阻材料的*感光范圍。CW模式工作,操作簡(jiǎn)單,可靠性強(qiáng),無需水冷,功耗小。
He-Cd具有高能量密度,高相干性,高穩(wěn)定性,低發(fā)散角和的光束質(zhì)量。

PLASMA的He-Ne激光器高質(zhì)量,長(zhǎng)壽命,性價(jià)比高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),功率從0.5mW-100mW,具有單模、多模、穩(wěn)頻等多種模式可選,線偏振、隨機(jī)偏振多種偏振,可提供可見光(633),紅外波段以及多波長(zhǎng)的氦氖激光器。
