特點(diǎn)：

 

1、年產(chǎn)量1000-1500噸，平均每兩小時生產(chǎn)1.3噸。 

2、細(xì)度可達(dá)15個微米以下。 

3、不銹鋼件全部為鏡面拋光，美觀、大方。真空操作無粉塵飛揚(yáng)，現(xiàn)場干凈。 

4、所有設(shè)計均是人性化設(shè)計，整套設(shè)備由兩名工人操作。 

5、整套設(shè)備共分九個系統(tǒng)： 1）真空進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)；2）壓力出料及過濾系統(tǒng)；3）制漿系統(tǒng)；4）調(diào)漆系統(tǒng)；5）冷卻系統(tǒng)；  6）灌裝及包裝系統(tǒng) 　 7）管路系統(tǒng)；8）電氣控制系統(tǒng)； 9）操作平臺。
