適用于醫(yī)藥、日化、食品、農(nóng)藥及特殊行業(yè)，是對(duì)高粘度、膏體、濃醬帶顆粒、液體進(jìn)行灌裝的理想設(shè)備。由于機(jī)器在不帶電的狀態(tài)下工作，更具安全性，人性化設(shè)計(jì)更加符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的要求。
雙頭膏體定量灌裝機(jī)為雙頭同步灌裝，提高工作效率。
設(shè)計(jì)合理，機(jī)型小巧，操作方便，氣動(dòng)部分均采用中國(guó)臺(tái)灣AirTac、SHAKO的氣動(dòng)元件。
物料接觸部分均采用304不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP要求。
有灌裝量調(diào)節(jié)手柄、灌裝速度可任意調(diào)節(jié)，灌裝精度高。
灌裝悶頭采用防滴漏、防拉絲及升降灌裝裝置。料斗可加裝可調(diào)速電機(jī)攪拌和保溫料斗。
可根據(jù)客戶要求定做，比如氣缸品牌、不銹鋼材料、密封圈材料等。
