產(chǎn)品說明  過氧化物（如過氧化氫）是在氧化應(yīng)激條件下形成的一種重要的活性氧。過氧化物含量高可能與衰老、哮喘、糖尿病、動(dòng)脈漿樣硬化、白內(nèi)障、關(guān)節(jié)炎和神經(jīng)組織退化等疾病有關(guān)。在科研和藥物研發(fā)中，方便、直接、自動(dòng)化的過氧化物含量檢測(cè)手段是zui為理想的。本公司研制的過氧化物檢測(cè)試劑盒可直接用于生物樣品的檢測(cè)，免除了預(yù)處理過程。檢測(cè)原理是利用試劑與過氧化物氧化反應(yīng)生成紫色復(fù)合物的特性，在波長540-610nm (585nm) 下檢測(cè)，其顏色深淺程度與樣品中過氧化物的含量成正比。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)  敏感、準(zhǔn)確：用山梨醇加深顏色，在96孔板中測(cè)試，雙氧水的檢測(cè)范圍在0.4-100 μM（14-3400 ng/mL）。 簡(jiǎn)單、高通量：整個(gè)測(cè)試過程只需加入一種工作試劑并反應(yīng)30分鐘。利用96孔板的高通量檢測(cè)手段，每天可以測(cè)試上千份樣本。

產(chǎn)品用途  1．直接檢測(cè)生物樣本中過氧化物含量（如，血清、血漿、尿液、細(xì)胞溶液和培養(yǎng)液。 2．適用于藥理學(xué)研究，檢測(cè)藥物對(duì)過氧化物代謝的影響。

DESCRIPTION  Peroxide (e.g. hydrogen peroxide H2O2) is one of the key reactive oxygen species formed under oxidative stress conditions. High levels of peroxide formation have been linked to pathological conditions such as ageing, asthma, diabetes, atherosclerosis, cataract, inflammatory arthritis and neurodegenerative diseases. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for quantitative determination of peroxide find wide applications in research and drug discovery. Our peroxide assay kit is designed to measure peroxide concentration in biological samples without any pretreatment. The improved method utilizes a chromogenic reagent, which forms a purple complex with peroxides present in the sample. The intensity of the color, measured at 540-610nm, is an accurate measure of the peroxide level in the sample.

KEY FEATURES  Sensitive and accurate. Enhanced color intensity using sorbitol. Detection range 0.4 μM (14 ng/mL) to 100 μM (3,400 ng/mL) H2O2 in 96-well plate assay. Simple and high-throughput. The procedure involves addition of a single detection reagent and incubation for 30 min. Can be readily automated as a high-throughput assay in 96-well plates for thousands of samples per day.

APPLICATIONS  Direct Assays: H2O2 in biological samples (e.g. serum, citrate-plasma, urine, cell lysate, culture medium). Pharmacology: effects of drugs on peroxide metabolism.

STORAGE CONDITIONS  The kit is shipped at room temperature. Store all reagents at 4 °C. Shelf life of at least 6 months.
