P6139B探頭采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)，是高帶寬、高阻抗的10倍衰減、10MΩ輸入阻抗的無源電壓探頭。它設(shè)有一個小探頭和銳利，可以更容易探測密集電路。P6139B具有不同的補償范圍，共享相同的電氣規(guī)格，支持泰克示波器。P6139B探頭可以全面兼容所有的微型探針配件。

P6139B具有TekProbe接頭，可以直接連接1MΩ輸入BNC接頭的示波器。一體化示波器和探頭測量系統(tǒng)，具有智能通信功能，在示波器上顯示上能自動調(diào)節(jié)刻度和調(diào)整單位。

New and affordable original American Tektronix/ tek P6139B passive voltage probe

P6139B probe adopts modular structure, it is 10 times as much as high bandwidth, high impedance attenuation, 10 m Ω input impedance of the passive voltage probe. It has a small probe and sharp tip that makes it easier to detect dense circuits. The P6139B has different compensation ranges, shares the same electrical specifications, and supports the teck oscilloscope. The P6139B probe is fully compatible with all microprobe accessories.

P6139B TekProbe connector, can be connected directly to 1 m Ω enter oscilloscope BNC connector. Integrated oscilloscope and probe measuring system, with intelligent communication function, can automatically adjust scale and adjust unit on oscilloscope display.
