Shrink-Fitting

Inductive heating is an optimal solution for shrink-fitting of parts in half or fully automatic production line, such as:

- Shrink-fitting of steel bushels, gears, axle drive gears, drive gears onto crank shafts
- Starter gear rings onto flywheels
- Shafts into rotors
- VA rings onti pipes of various diameters
- Clutch shafts onto clutch heads

Surface Coating

The GH-Group offers heating equipment for coating machines for melting and gelatinization
of powdered lacquers and powdered coatings on electrically conducting surfaces.

Galvanizing Equipment

The GH equipment for inductive galvanizing with mains frequency are clearly superior to the traditional methods, incl. electric resistance heating. in the technological process of maintaining zinc bath temperature, as well as galvanization quality, costs of investment as well as energy consumption.

Inductor Manufacturing

optimally customized for the given purpose copper inductors and quenching sprayers.
Optimally designed inductors, selected materials and perfect manufacturing ensure maximum

Forge Heating

GH inductive heating units allow to heat parts before forging to the required temperature in a clean,
secure working atmosphere with low thermal emissions and optimal quality assurance.

In comparison to traditional heating kilns, inductive heating for forging is much easier to realize.

Process automatation, reduced scaling and immediate availability are only a few of the advantages
provided by GH inductive forge heating units.

GH- Group manufactures forge heating units with a throughput of up to 5000 kg per hour.
Forge heating units can be manufactured for pass, push and lifting bar, with manual feed, feeder
hopper und sorting.

Customized software provides optimal forge process support for monitoring, heat maintenance
control and emptying of heating unit.
