我部從年開始,分步進行了各頻道電視發(fā)射機的全固態(tài)化更新?lián)Q代工作,經(jīng)過多年的運行,早期引進的全固態(tài)電視發(fā)射機已經(jīng)逐步進人故障多發(fā)期?,F(xiàn)將其中北廣型雙通道全固態(tài)電視發(fā)射機因圖像變頻盤故障引發(fā)輸出功率降低的檢修總結(jié)如下,與廣大同行交流,僅供參考。發(fā)射機故障位置的分析與判斷我部于年引進了一部北廣產(chǎn)通道全固態(tài)電視發(fā)射機,該機用于*一套的無線轉(zhuǎn)播。該部發(fā)射機在工作過程中發(fā)生輸出功率降低的現(xiàn)象,發(fā)射機表頭輸出功率指示從正??潭忍幭陆档阶笥?。
針對發(fā)射機輸出功率的下降,我們首先對機器面板上激勵級圖像變頻器中的電位器進行了調(diào)整,嘗試通過調(diào)節(jié)它來增大發(fā)射機的功率輸出,但發(fā)現(xiàn)此時幾乎無法增大發(fā)射機的功率輸出,即發(fā)射機此時zui大輸出功率就在W左右,功率再也上不去了。根據(jù)此現(xiàn)象,我們組織有關(guān)人員進行了檢修。根據(jù)以往的經(jīng)驗,檢修人員首先檢查了該部發(fā)射機此時六只末級功放模塊工作電流的大小情況,通過檢查,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)伴音末級功放模塊的工作電流基本正常,而圖像推動模塊以及四只圖像末級功放模塊的工作電流均比原始記錄要小得多,說明發(fā)射機的輸出功率確實是下降了,并且問題可能在圖像通道上。但通過對四只圖像末級功放模塊工作電流均同步下降的現(xiàn)象進行分析說明,故障的原因可能在激勵器或圖像推動模塊中,是由于激勵器或者圖像推動模塊的輸出信號增益不夠,從而導(dǎo)致了發(fā)射機輸出功率的不足。
